Flowerpot Frenzy with Adam Stevenson and Craig Bruce

Thursdays May 23rd to June 27th 6pm-9pm (6 sessions)
In this class, Ceramicists Craig Bruce and Adam Stevenson team up to deliver instruction on the various methods and techniques of flowerpot design, construction, decoration and firing. This class will include discussions on form and function with many demonstrations. The demonstrations will cover everything from wedging your clay to glazing techniques. This class will focus on low-fire techniques utilizing low-fire clay, glaze and slip. All firings will be electric, and participants will see finished flowerpots each week through the end of class. The instructors will demonstrate several different types of flowerpots, surface designs, slip designs and more!
